Produced from vines deeply rooted in soils at high altitude, this wine displays
the harmonious balance of Pinot Noir. The delicate and subtle bouquet gives out aromas of raspberry
and blackberry along with finely-tuned notes of brioche.

TASTING
THE EYE
The robe shimmers with a pale rose color and the
effervescence is full of joy; the bubbles are fine and musical.
THE NOSE
The bouquet has good aromatic intensity, revealing
notes of red fruit berries and confectionnary.
THE MOUTH
Light and airy in the mouth, this wine gives a
sensation of fullness. The crisp finish has a finesse that is delicately raspberry
flavoured.
FOOD PAIRING
Serveat around 8°C, it is the ideal accompany to
aperitifs. It will also prove to be a fine companion to grilled white meats, sushi or fish tartar.
With dessert it will bring out the best in red fruit.
